摘　　要：战略性新兴产业的不同产业领域在技术的成熟度、技术的复杂程度和产业链垂直分解程度等方面存在很大差异,国有企业、民营企业、三资企业在规模、技术水平和治理机制方面各具特色。不同所有制的企业都是推动战略性新兴产业发展的重要力量,应在战略性新兴产业的不同领域、不同环节发挥各自独特的优势,国家也应采取相应的促进与扶持政策。The maturity and complexity of technologies, the degree of the vertical disintegration of the industrial chain are quite different among the different sectors of strategic emerging industries. State-owned enterprises, private enterprises and foreign investment enterprises have their own specific characteristics in the matter of the scale, technology level and governance mechanism. All the enterprises of different ownership systems are important power to the growth of the strategic emerging industries, and they could play their own role in the different fields and different links of the strategic emerging industries. Governments should make corresponding policies to promote their growth.
