摘　　要：本文从资金融通角度分析了我国高新技术企业融资困境的原因,剖析了融资租赁这一金融产品与高新技术企业资金需求特征的耦合度,并针对高新技术企业的周期性特征设计不同的融资租赁交易模式,为化解我国高新技术企业的融资困境提出了一条金融创新路径。This paper analyzed the financing dilemma of the high-tech enterprises in China from the financing perspective and the degree of coupling between financial leasing and the capital requirements characterized by the high-tech enterprises with a view to designing the different structures of financial leasing corresponding with the cyclical characteristics of high-tech enterprises. The paper provided a financial innovative path of resolving the financing dilemma of China high-tech enterprises.
