摘 要:由于分割性劳动力市场存在的事实,进城务工人口主要在次级劳动力市场从事着较不稳定的工作。本文探讨了入职门槛、人力资本专用性和进城务工人口就业稳定性之间的关系。基于沈阳进城务工人口的调研数据,运用加权最小二乘法和分位数回归方法对上述关系进行了实证检验。研究结果验证了入职门槛越高,进城务工人口的就业稳定性越强,人力资本专用性越强,职业越稳定两个理论假说。相应的政策启示是,在提升进城务工人口人力资本专用性的基础上,提高企业入职门槛,有助于避免其陷入"低水平流动"的就业格局。因此,企业及政府相关部门应提供有效的职业培训,提升务工人口的人力资本专用性,最终实现进城务工劳动人口的稳定就业。The segmentation of labor market, leading to migrant population mainly in the secondary labor market in a relatively unstable work. This article probes into the relationship between entry barriers, the specificity of human capital and migrant population stability of occupation. Using survey data from Shenyang migrant population, and empirically tested the theory using the weighted least squares method and quantile regression method. Estimation results show the two hypothesis:The entry threshold higher, oc- cupation stability of migrant workers population is higher, the specificity of human capital is stronger, more stable occupation. Thus we obtain the corresponding policy implications : Only in the basis of promoting the migrant population specific human capital, and improve enterprise entry threshold, we can avoid the "low flow" employment pattern. Therefore, enterprises and relevant government departments should provide the occupation training effectively, enhance the specificity of human capital of migrant workers population, eventually achieve stable employment of migrant workers.
