区域体育产业升级能力评价研究——基于中东部地区十五省际面板数据

摘　　要：当前,我国体育产业的整体集聚能力、科技投入和垂直分工水平较低,同时受跨国公司对国内产业链的低端锁定,亟待进行产业链整合与结构升级。文章从产业升级产出能力、产业升级投入能力和升级环境支撑能力三个维度构建区域体育产业升级能力评价模型,对中东部地区十五省市的体育产业升级能力与升级绩效进行实证分析。研究发现,某一地区体育产业的升级能力与其产业资源的整体投入水平密切相关,而地区体育产业升级绩效的高低受其产业结构与资源利用效率的影响。At present, Chinese sports＇ industrial clustering ability, sci - tech input and vertical division remain at a low level and transnational corporations＇ lock of low industrial chains urges an industry chain integration and structure upgrading. From the perspective of global value chain, sports industry upgrading capacity, the paper constructs an eval-uation model to analyze sports industry＇s upgrading capacity and upgrading performance. The research shows that sports industry upgrading capacity of one area is closely related to the industrial resources input in this area, while regional sports industry upgrading performance is mainly affected by industrial structure and resource use efficiency.
