社会政治情绪排解与政府治理能力提升

摘　　要：政治情绪排解为政府治理提供了崭新的思路和方法,有利于营造良好的政治生态环境。处于转型期的中国社会,如果政治情绪得不到适当渠道的有效排解,将会逐渐腐蚀政治合法性,引发社会冲突和危机。为进一步提升政府治理能力,政府必须突破传统的治理路径依赖困境,通过构建新型政府分层治理结构、创新多元主体治理模式、突破传统政府治理体制,逐步稀释、疏导和化解社会政治情绪,实现转型期的社会稳定。Political feeling mediation can provide new ideas and ways for the governance ,it is good for creating a good images of government and providing better political environment for governance ,at the same time , it is also an important means and realistic goals to achieve good governance .Now, china is in the period of transition , the political mood is not effectively resolved , it corrupts political legitimacy and gradually lead to social conflicts and crises , so it is a serious challenge to the governance and it tortunes the governance capacity constantly .As much, government must improve the governance ability to break through the traditional path dependency dilemma and con -tinuously improve the management of political emotion ability by constructing the new hierarchical governance struc -ture, building a multi-body governance model and breaking through the traditional governance system .The final aim is to dilute and ease the political feeling , realize the political stability in the changeable development .
