摘　　要：国家自2007年实施免费师范生政策以来,今年已步入第七个年头,现已有两届学生毕业。通过对免费师范生就业政策的现状进行分析,结合已毕业学生的就业状况,为进一步完善免费师范生就业政策提出建议和思考,使学生充分合理利用就业政策,开拓就业市场。It has been seven years since the employment policy implementation of national free normal students from 2007. Two terms of such students had graduated. We analyzed the current situations of employment policy for free normal students and combined it with status of their employment in order to put forward some suggestions,which aims to improve the employment policy that free normal college students can make use of it and open their employment perspective at the same time.
