摘 要:孟家窑煤矿石炭系5#煤属松软特厚煤层,具有厚度大、强度低、易碎等特征。传统架棚支护,支护强度、刚度和主动性较差,落后的支护方式不能有效保持顶板煤岩体的完整性,导致破碎区域从顶板浅部逐步向深部延伸。基于高预应力、强力锚杆(索)支护理论,通过数值模拟研究孟家窑煤矿松软特厚煤层煤体强度4 MPa条件下不同锚固长度下锚杆锚固效果及预应力在顶煤中的分布情况。并设计孟家窑煤业5105切眼井下工业性试验支护方案,验证高预应力锚杆锚索组合支护系统的科学性、合理性。矿压监测结果显示,巷道变形较小,5105切眼外侧帮和顶板变形量分别为12 mm和35 mm,顶板几乎没有离层,锚杆、锚索总体受力不大,巷道支护稳定,试验效果非常理想。According to 5# soft and thick coal seam,with a thick,low-intensity,brittle and other features.For the roof support is traditional frame,with poor support strength,stiffness and initiative.The backward support mode can not effectively maintain the integrity of the coal roof.Based on the support theory of pre-stress and strong anchor,through FLAC3 Dnumerical simulation,the distribution of pre-stress in roof and the anchorage reliability under the condition of coal strength 4 MPa and different anchorage length are obtained.Mengjiayao mine 5105 open-off cut support scheme are designed for the industrial verification.The monitoring results indicates that the roadway deformation which is 12 mm and 35 mm in the roadway sides and roof.The roof separation is minimum and the anchor force is limited,the roadway support is stable and successful.
