摘　　要：螺旋锥齿轮是矿用减速机的重要组成零件,利用挤压塑性变形可显著提高齿轮的机械性能。针对齿轮挤压模具的设计与制造,提出了一种利用专家系统与CAD/CAM相结合的方案,分别研究了该方案在模具设计和制造中的应用,并对其中关键模块的构建与实现做出说明,可适当提高挤压模具电火花加工的性能和效率。Spiral bevel gears are important components of the mine reducer,the use of plastic extruding deformation can obviously improve the mechanical properties of the gears.For the design and manufacturing of the gear extrusion die,a new scheme has been proposed with the use of expert system and CAD/CAM.Then has did some research on it for the application in dies＇ design and manufacturing,and illustrated some key-modules＇ construction and implementation,improves the dies＇ performance and efficiency.
