摘  要:鉴于大武口洗煤厂生产过程中介耗较高,通过改造脱介筛喷水及筛板溢流堰结构,以及改善磁选机系统等措施,有效地降低了介耗;通过降低浮选入料浓度及粒度,有效降低了浮选药剂消耗。经过以上对介质回收系统的完善和介质管理制度的改进,该厂介耗及药剂消耗得到了控制,取得了良好的经济效益。In view of the situation about the high media consumption in the production process of Dawukou coal washing plant,through the transformation of sculping water jet si-eve and sieve overflow weir structure,as well as the measures to improve the sys-tem of magnetic separator,the medium consumption was effectively reduced; an effecttive solution to the flotation reagent consumption was accomplished by reducing the flotation concentration and size.As a result of perfecting media re-covery system and inproving media management system,the plant medium con-sumption and pharmaceutical consumption have been effectively controled,and achieved good economic benefits.
