金砖国家对西方意味着什么——变革与猜测中不可回避的“他者”

摘　　要：当今世界,伴随着新一轮国际格局演变进程的加快,构建世界新秩序成为一个热门话题。金砖国家随着实力增长和影响力扩大,成为推动国际格局变迁和世界秩序变革的主要力量。然而,作为西方人眼中的"他者",金砖国家将在世界新秩序构建中扮演怎样的角色,发挥怎样的作用,西方舆论中出现种种质疑和猜测。作为当今世界秩序的维护者和建设者,金砖国家通过向国际社会贡献新的理念,即开放、包容、合作、共赢的金砖精神,并不断强化金砖机制的有效性,推动建设和平、稳定、繁荣的世界。In the current world, accompanied by a new round of accelerated evolution of the international pattern, the construction of new world order has become a hot topic. As the BRICS countries become stronger and more influential, they have formed a major power in changing international pattern and world order. However, as ＂the other＂ in the eyes of the Westerners, they have received suspicion and speculation in the Western public opinion over what role they will play in the construction of new world order. While maintaining and building world order, the BRICS countries also contribute new ideas to the international community, namely, the open, inclusive, cooperative, and win-win spirit of the BRICS, continue to improve the effectiveness of the BRICS mechanism, and promote the building of a peaceful and prosperous world with enduring stability.
