摘　　要：目的调查医院铜绿假单胞菌(PAE)的现状和耐药性变迁,探讨耐药性与抗菌药物使用量的相关性,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法以半年为统计时间段,采用回顾性调查方法,分别统计医院2009-2011年抗菌药物用药频度(DDDs)和471株PAE的耐药率,采用SPSS18.0软件对PAE的耐药率和抗菌药物DDDs进行相关性分析。结果 2009年1月-2011年12月亚胺培南及头孢唑林DDDs逐年上升,而头孢他啶、头孢吡肟、氨曲南DDDs逐年下降;PAE对头孢唑林的耐药率始终处于>95.0%的高耐药状态,2009年1-6月PAE对哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢他啶、头孢吡肟、亚胺培南、左氧氟沙星耐药率分别从26.9%、34.6%、23.1%、25.6%、34.6%,下降至2011年7-12月的6.6%、8.1%、5.9%、8.8%、8.8%。结论细菌耐药率与抗菌药物使用量存在相关性,提示临床应合理使用抗菌药物,减少或延缓耐药菌株的产生。OBJECTIVE To investigate the prevalence of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and the change of drug resistance and explore the correlation between the drug resistance and the consumption of antibiotics so as to provide guidance for reasonable clinical use of antibiotics .METHODS By means of retrospective survey ,the half-yearly DDDs and drug resistance ratesof 471 strains of P .aeruginosa were respectively taken for statistics during 2009 -2011 ,and the correlation between the drug resistance rate of the P .aeruginosa and the DDDs was analyzed by using SPSS 18 .0 software .RESULTS From Jan 2009 to Dec 2011 ,the DDDs of imipenem and cefazolin were increased year by year ,however ,the DDDs of ceftazidime ,cefepime ,and aztreonam were decreased year by year .The drug resistance rate of the P .aeruginosa to cefazolin remained more than 95 .0% .From Jan 2009 to Jun 2009 ,the drug resistance rate of the P .aeruginosa to piperacillin-azobactam dropped from 26 .9% in Jan-Jun of 2009 to 6 .6% in Jul-Dec of 2011 ,ceftazidime from 34 .6% to 8 .1% ,cefepime from 23 .1% to 5 .9% ,imipenem from 25 .6% to 8 .8% ,levofloxacin from 34 .6% to 8 .8% .CONCLUSION The drug resistance is correlated with the DDDs , indicating that the antibiotics should be reasonably used in the hospital so as to reduce or delay the emergence of the drug-resistant strains .
