摘 要:目的分析腹部外科手术切口感染的危险因素,制定有效预防与控制手术切口感染措施,降低切口感染率。方法回顾性调查分析2009年1月-2013年6月普外科1 207例腹部手术患者临床资料,采用SPSS13.0统计软件对数据进行处理。结果 1 207例手术患者发生手术切口感染81例,感染率为6.71%;原发基础疾病、切口类型、手术性质、年龄、手术时间长、营养状况、术前吸烟、住院时间长及术后未早进食时间等均是切口感染的危险因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);胃肠道肿瘤根治术及化脓坏疽性阑尾炎手术切口感染率最高,分别为16.67%及9.11%,腹腔镜胆囊切除术及腹股沟疝修补术无切口感染。结论增强预防意识、严格无菌技术操作、缩短手术时间、纠正营养不良、术后早期进食、避免术后剧烈咳嗽及合理应用抗菌药物等是预防腹部手术切口感染的重要措施。OBJECTIVE To investigate the risk factors for abdominal surgical incision infections to provide the evidence for prevention and controlling of surgical wound infections and reduce incision infection rate .METHODS The clinical data were investigated retrospectively for 1 207 patients with abdominal surgical incision infections between Jan .2009 and Jun .2013 in our hospital .Data were processed with SPSS 13 .0 .RESULTS The infection rate of abdominal surgical incision infections was 6 .71% (81 in 1207 patients) .The primary underlying diseases , the types of surgical incision ,nature of surgery ,age ,operation time ,preoperative nutritive status ,history of smoking before surgery ,hospital stay and time for food taking after surgery were the risk factors associated with incision infections ,with significant differences (all P〈0 .05) .CONCLUSION Important measures for prevention of abdominal surgical incision infections included enhancing the medical staffs′ awareness of prevention ,strict aseptic operating techniques , shortening operation time , correction of malnutrition , early food taking after surgery ,avoidance of severe cough after surgery and reasonable application of antibiotics .
