小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗病毒性上呼吸道感染患儿的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察小儿豉翘清热颗粒用于治疗病毒性上呼吸道感染患儿发热的临床效果,以期提高临床诊治水平。方法选择2013年1-4月240例病毒性上呼吸道感染患儿发热(中医风热夹滞证)的病例,并随机分为治疗组153例给予小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗,对照组87例给予利巴韦林颗粒治疗,给药每日3次,疗程3d,比较两组患儿临床总体疗效、开始退热时间和完全退热时间。结果患儿治疗后临床总有效率治疗组为94.77%、对照组为85.06%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组患儿的开始退热时间基本相同,差异无统计学意义,治疗组完全退热时间则明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗病毒性上呼吸道感染患儿发热疗效可靠,值得在临床上进行推广。OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effects of Child Chiqiao Qingre Granules for treating fever in children with viral upper respiratory infections .METHODS Totally 240 child patients with viral upper respiratory infections accompanied with fever （indicated as the disease of wind-heat and stagnation in Chinese medicine） in Jan .-Apr .2013 were collected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group . The treatment group （153 patients） were administrated Child Chiqiao Qingre Granules while the control group （87 patients） were administrated Ribavirin Granules three times a day for three days .The two groups were compared for the total clinical effective rate ,initial and complete defervescence time .RESULTS The total effective rate in the treatment group was 94 .77% ,and was significantly higher than 85 .06% in the control group （P〈 0 .05） .The initial defervescence time was general the same in the two groups;but the complete defervescence time was significantly shorter in the treatment group than that in the control group （P〈 0 .05） .CONCLUSION It is concluded that Child Chiqiao Qingre Granules used for treating viral upper respiratory infection with fever is reliable and worthy of popularization and application in clinical treatment .
