摘 要:目的了解贵州省102所医院医院感染管理专业设置现状。方法设计调查表对贵州省102所二级以上医院医院感染管理专业设置进行调查,资料采用SPSS13.0进行统计分析。结果参加调查102所医院的医院感染管理工作人员职业以护师为主,占60.85%;学历以大专为主,占39.15%;43.40%的医院感染管理工作人员从事医院感染管理工作时间<3年;医院感染管理科负责人中中级职称者占61.73%。结论贵州省医院感染管理队伍的专业化程度偏低、人员素质不强、稳定性不够,必须给予专业队伍建设足够的重视,使贵州省医院感染管理基本状况更加完善。OBJECTIVE To understand the situation of professional setting of nosocomial infection management in Guizhou province .METHODS The survey was made by means of questionnaires on professional setting of hospital infection management in Guizhou province .The data were analyzed by SPSS 13 .0 .RESULTS There were 102 hospitals taking part in the survey . Most of professionals were nurses (60 .85% ) and had junior college educational background (39 .15% ) . 43 .40% of professionals had working years in nosocomial infection management less than three years .61 .73% of the leaders in the department of nosocomial infection management had medium-grade professional title .CONCLUSION The professional level of personals for nosocomial infection management is low ,and the staff have inadequate quality and stability .In order to promote the development of nosocomial infection management , professional setting and administrative function should be given enough attention for further perfection of construction of nosocomial infection management in Guizhou province .
