摘 要:目的探讨环氧乙烷灭菌与高温高压蒸汽灭菌对含银敷料白度及抗菌活性的影响,以确保含银敷料灭菌后可以保持其正常的白度及抗菌活性。方法将20份含银敷料分为环氧乙烷灭菌前后组和高温高压蒸汽灭菌前后组,每组各5份;利用测色配色仪测试敷料白度变化;采用平皿扩散法观察经过两种灭菌方法的含银辅料各自对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的抗菌活性,通过测量抑菌带宽度,评价含银敷料的抗菌能力。结果含银敷料经高温高压蒸汽灭菌后白度从58.34下降至-64.17,环氧乙烷灭菌前敷料的白度值为58.34,灭菌后为57.35,白度基本不变;抗菌活性试验结果显示,两种灭菌方法不影响含银敷料的抗菌活性;环氧乙烷灭菌敷料对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的抑菌带宽分别为2.0、0.9mm,高温高压蒸汽灭菌敷料对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌抑菌带宽分别为1.9、0.5mm。结论采用环氧乙烷灭菌法对含银敷料灭菌能够更好地保持敷料原有的白度和抗菌功能。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of ethylene oxide and autoclave sterilization methods on the whiteness and antibacterial activity of silver-containing dressing ,in order to ensure the maintenance of normal whiteness and antibacterial activity of silver-containing dressing after sterilization .METHODS Silver-containing dressing was sterilized with ethylene oxide method and autoclave method ,respectively .There were three groups of silver-containing dressing :the control , the ethylene oxide group and the autoclave group (n = 5/group) .The whiteness of three group of silver-containing dressing was tested by color measuring and matching instrument .The antibacterial activity of the two dressings to S .aureus and E .coli were investigated respectively with plate diffusion method (n=5/group ,all n=20) ,by measuring the width of antibacterial zone to evaluate the antibacterial activity of the two silver-containing dressings .RESULTS Autoclave decreased the whiteness of the dressing from 58 .34 to-64 .17 ,and ethylene oxide had no significant effect on its whiteness ,which was varied from 58 .34 to 57 .35 . Neither autoclave nor ethylene oxide affected the antibacterial activity of the dressing .The width of antibacterial zone of the ethylene oxide group to S .aureus and E .coli was 2 .0 mm and 0 .9 mm ,respectively .The width of an-tibacterial zone of the autoclave group to S . aureus and E . coli was 1 .9 mm and 0 .5 mm , respectively . CONCLUSIONS Ethylene oxide method was better in maintaining the whiteness and antibacterial activity of silver-containing dressing than autoclave .
