摘 要:目的探讨分析尿细菌培养与尿沉渣细菌定量计数,筛查泌尿系统感染在尿路感染诊断中的效果,分析两种方法在尿路感染诊断中的应用价值。方法随机选取2012年6月-2014年6月医院收入的250例疑似尿路感染患者为研究对象,收集患者中段尿,使用全自动尿沉渣定量分析仪及尿细菌培养对患者的尿液进行检测,以细菌培养结果为金标准,比较分析两种方法的检验结果,数据采用SPSS19.0统计软件进行处理。结果 250例患者尿标本采用全自动尿沉渣定量分析仪测定阳性160例,阳性率64.0%,尿细菌培养阳性158例,阳性率63.2%,两种方法检测阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义;以细菌培养结果作为检验标准,尿沉渣细菌定量分析结果与细菌培养结果的阳性标本符合率为96.3%,阴性标本符合率为97.8%,两种方法符合率相近,差异无统计学意义。结论尿沉渣定量分析与细菌培养的阳性率一致性高,表明尿沉渣定量分析技术准确性高,具有一定的参考价值,且尿沉渣定量分析筛查速度快,可作为尿路感染的筛查方法,值得在临床工作中推广、应用。OBJECTIVE o investigate the effect of analyzing urine culture and quantitative bacterial count in urine screening for urinary tract infections in the diagnosis of urinary tract infection ,and to analyze the value of the two methods in the diagnosis of urinary tract infection .METHODS During the period of Jun .2012-Jun .2014 ,a total of 250 patients with suspected urinary tract infection were randomly selected as study objects ,and urine samples were collected from these patients .Automated urinalysis analyzer and quantitative urine culture of the patient′s urine samples were used for testing the urine samples ,using the bacterial culture results as the gold standards , comparative analysis was conducted for the test results of the two methods . The data were then statistically analyzed using the software SPSS19 .0 .RESULTS Quantitative automated urinalysis analyzer showed:among the 250 cases ,160 cases were positive samples and 90 cases were negative samples ,the positive rate was 64 .0% ;quantitative urine analysis showed:among the 250 cases ,158 cases were positive samples and 92 cases were negative specimens ,the positive rate was 63 .2% .The positive rates obtained by the two methods showed no significant difference .Using the bacterial culture results as test standard ,the coincidence rate of positive samples in the results of the quantitative analysis of urinary sediment bacteria and bacterial culture results was 96 .3% , while the coincidence rate of negative specimenswas 97 .8% . The coincidence rates of the two methods were similar ,and the difference was not significant .CONCLUSION The high coincidence rate of positive rates of urinary sediment quantitative analysis and bacterial culture indicated that urine sediment quantitative analysis has high technical accuracy , and therefore has some reference value . Besides , quantitative analysis of urine sediment screening is fast ,which can be promoted and widely applied in clinical work as a urinary tract infection screening method .
