摘  要:目的评价管碟法在监测临床病原菌对消毒剂抗性中的作用。方法采用管碟法检测不同浓度的苯扎溴铵对金黄色葡萄球菌标准株的抑菌环直径;采用管碟法和肉汤稀释法检测苯扎溴铵对临床分离的金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果。结果苯扎溴铵对金黄色葡萄球菌标准株的抑菌环直径与苯扎溴铵浓度呈对数关系,对数方程为D=6.64lgC+4.18,相关系数R=0.971;管碟法检测出的临床病原菌的抑菌环直径与肉汤稀释法检测出的MIC值结果经Pearson分析,二者之间的相关性非常显著,相关系数r=-0.739。结论管碟法是一种适合在医院微生物实验室开展、适用于监测金黄色葡萄球菌对苯扎溴铵抗性的试验方法,为监测临床病原菌对消毒剂的抗性提供了新的思路。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the role of the cylinder plate method in monitoring of the resistance of clinical pathogens against disinfectants .METHODS The inhibition zone diameter of benzalkonium bromide at different concentrations against the standard strain of Staphylococcus aureus was measured by the cylinder plate method . The inhibitory effect of benzalkonium bromide against clinical isolates of S .aureus was tested by using the broth dilution method and the cylinder plate method .RESULTS The inhibition zone diameter of benzalkonium bromide against the standard strain of S .aureus had a logarithmic relation with the concentration of this disinfectant .The logarithmic equation was D= 6 .64 lgC+ 4 .18 ,(r= 0 .971) .The Pearson correlation analysis showed that the diameter of inhibition zone was positively correlated with MIC level determined by the broth dilution method for the clinical isolates of S .aureus (r= -0 .739) .CONCLUSION The cylinder plate method is a suitable method in hospital microbiological laboratory for testing S . aureus resistant to benzalkonium bromide ,and provides a new idea for monitoring resistance to disinfectants of clinical pathogenic bacteria .
