摘  要:在国际交往中,中医药因其特有的文化属性,已成为我国对外文化传播的重要组成部分,但中医药国际化进程中存在东西方文化差异的障碍。在外交工作中,谈判作为最广泛运用的外交手段,不仅适用于解决国际冲突或经贸纠纷,其战略思路同样适用于中医药国际合作,并对弥合中西文化差异起到一定作用。通过对不同学科背景的中医药国际合作对象加以分类,运用合作性外交谈判战略的自身特点,从超越立场取向、合作利益取向和合作关系取向三方面探讨弥合文化差异的相应方法。但外交谈判属于人际交往,存在较大变数与灵活性,因此,推动中医药国际化进程的核心仍然是行业自身发展,并非局限于通过外交谈判弥合文化差异。In international intercourse, TCM has been an important part for international cultural communication in China because of its unique cultural attribute; however, there is the obstacle, the cultural differences between the east and the west in the process of TCM internationalization. In diplomatic work, as the most widely used diplomacy, negotiate can not only be used to solve international conflict or trade and economic disputes, but also in the TCM international cooperation, and has a certain effect on bridging the cultural differences between the east and the west. Through classifying the TCM international partners in different discipline backgrounds, using own feature of cooperative diplomatic negotiation strategy, from three aspects of beyond position, cooperation interest and symbiosis orientations to discuss the corresponding means for bridging the cultural gap. However, diplomatic negotiation belongs to interpersonal communication and exists variety and elasticity. Therefore, the core of promoting the process of TCM internationalization is still the selfdevelopment of TCM industry, not limited to bridge cultural gap by diplomatic negotiation.
