摘  要:在不同溶剂采用沉淀聚合法制备了聚N-乙烯基己内酰胺PNVCL、聚N-乙烯基咪唑PNVI及其共聚物。实验发现,正己烷和环己烷适宜于PNVCL的沉淀均聚,甲苯适宜于PNVI的沉淀均聚,而两种单体共聚时,采用正己烷-甲苯混合溶剂可实现共聚物的沉淀聚合。考察了溶剂用量、引发剂AIBN用量、聚合温度、时间和搅拌对聚合物收率和温敏性的影响。采用分光光度计对温敏性进行了初步表征。结果表明,沉淀聚合得到的PNVCL具有最低临界溶液温度LCST,PNVI不具有LCST,共聚物的LCST突变不明显。Precipitation polymerization of N-vinyl caprolactazm,N-vinyl imidazole and their mixtures was studied in different sol-vents. It was found that n-hexane and cyclohexane is suitable to homopolymarization of N-vinyl caprolactazm,toluene is suitable to homopolymarization of N-vinyl imidazole,the copolymerization of NVCL and NVI was realized in n-hexane and toluene mixtures. The effect of solvent amount,initiator AIBN amount,polymerization temeprature,time and agitation speed on polymer yield and theromo-sensitive property were investigated. The thermo-sensitive property of the polymer was characterized by visible spectrophotome-ter. Experimental results indicate that the polymers PNVCL obtained by precipitation polymerization exhibited low critical solution temperature LCST,PNVI did not exhibit LCST and the copolymer did not exhibit remarkable LCST.
