摘  要:为解决电网智能出票和缩短因电网结构复杂使调度人员下令指挥电网操作开票时间长的问题,规范调度流程,杜绝误调度、误操作造成的电网安全隐患,并结合实际电网模型和实时数据基础之上为实现对调度指令下达过程的校验和控制,使电网操作进行预先计算,形成合理安全的操作规则,开发实施了新的调度监控防误智能操作票系统,不仅减轻调度员日常工作压力,而且提高了电网调度安全运行管理水平。In order to shorten the preparation time for the power grid operation order and to standardized the power dispatching flow so as to completely eradicate potential accidents caused by mis-dispatching and mis-operations, a new intelligent operation order system with dispatching monitoring and anti-misoperation functions were developed that can validate and control dispatching orders based on the actual power grid model and real data and that can make safe and reasonable operation rules based on calculation in advance for power grid operation. The operation order system not only reduces the work pressure of the power grid dispatcher, but also improves the safety management of power grid dispatching. This paper introduces in detail the power grid dispatching operation order system.
