摘  要:应用聚合物乳液可在特定条件下形成整体膜结构的这一特性,研发出了一种可成膜钻井液体系,其能够在井筒内壁形成连续网状包覆膜,在降低钻井液滤失量的同时,起到增强井壁稳定性的作用。室内对SBR聚合物乳液的成膜作用机理、配伍性及泥饼膜效应进行实验评价,结果表明:SBR聚合物乳液在钻井液中可形成立体网状膜结构,且随着乳液颗粒数量增加,形成的膜结构致密性增强,具有降低高温高压滤失量的作用;其对现场钻井液流变性影响小、配伍性好,可提高泥饼韧性。SBR成膜钻井液在XSP34井进行了现场应用,解决了该井营四段原生孔隙和裂缝性夹层泥岩水化引起的井壁剥落问题,通过在裂缝面形成网状强化层,最大限度提高滤饼的致密柔韧性,提高了滤饼的抗冲刷能力,减少了钻井液向地层滤失,提高了井壁稳定性。Polymer emulsion has the property of forming a whole film over a large area, which can be used to formulate filming drilling fluid with low fluid loss and better shale inhibition. Laboratory experiment on the filming mechanism and other properties of SBR, a polymer, showed that the SBR emulsion formed a steric network structure in drilling fluid, and larger numbers of emulsion particles led to a stronger and denser film. SBR has little effect on the rheology of drilling fluid and is compatible with other mud materials. Mud cake of drilling fluid treated with SBR becomes much tougher and can resist the erosion of mud. The application of SBR filming drilling fluid in Well XSP34 solved the problem of borehole sloughing when drilling the Ying-4 formation, and borehole stability was greatly improved.
