摘　　要：品管圈活动能提高手术室护士综合素质和团队精神,加强手术室医用耗材和医用设备的管理,提高巡回护士在位率,缩短送手术病人时间,降低手术室噪音污染,为手术患者提供高效、安全、连续、全程的优质手术护理服务,提升手术室的护理质量,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。The quality control circle can improve the comprehensive quality and team spirit of nurses in operation room,strengthen the management of medical supplies and medical equipment,improve the bit rat of circuit nurse,shorten the time of sending patients to junction operation,reduce noise pollution in operation room,so as to provide the high quality nursing service and efficient operation,improve the nursing quality of operation room and achieve good economic and social benefits.
