中西医联合治疗痛风性关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医联合治疗痛风性关节炎的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2012年8月至2013年8月我院门诊确诊为痛风性关节炎患者62例,按随机数字分组法分为观察组和对照组,每组31例,对照组采用单纯西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予中药治疗,观察比较2组患者治疗效果、UA和ESR变化以生活质量评分。结果:观察组疗效、UA和ESR改善程度、生活质量改善程度均优于对照组,2组比较有显著性差异(均P<0.05)。结论:中西医联合治疗痛风性关节炎临床疗效显著,能改善患者UA和ESR水平,提升患者生活质量,值得临床进一步研究。Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of combination therapy for gouty arthritis.Methods：August 2012 to August 2013,62 patients with gouty arthritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,31 cases in each group;the control group were given western medicine alone,the observation group were given traditional Chinese medicine treatment. The treatment effect was observed,two groups were compared on UA and ESR variation and quality of life scores. Results：In the observation group,UA and ESR degree of improvement,the degree of improvement of quality of life were more than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Integrative Medicine for treating gouty arthritis have significant clinical effect,can improve UA and ESR levels,enhance the quality of life of patients,and it is worthy of further study.
