摘  要:单周期控制(one cycle control,OCC)是一种非线性控制技术,因其控制方式简单,无需乘法器及输入电压采样,响应速度快,抗干扰能力强等优点而受到广泛研究和应用。首先介绍了芯片UCC28019的主要功能,在此基础上详细分析了基于UCC28019芯片实现单相Boost-PFC输入功率因数校正工作原理,同时结合芯片给出了一种自举供电方式,最后研制了一台额定功率700 W的Boost-PFC的实验样机。实验结果表明基于UCC28019控制下的变换器具有良好的输入电流正弦度和较高的输入功率因数。The one-cycle control(OCC) is a novel nonlinear control technique. It is widely researched and applied for its several advantages, such as simplified control system, needless of the multiplier and sampling input voltage, faster transient response and better input disturbance rejection. The functions of UCC28019 controller was introduced and the principle of the Boost-PFC based on UCC28019 controller was analyzed in detail. Also, the design of the bootstrap supply was provided. Finally, the experimental prototype of Boost-PFC under rated 700 W power load was developed. Experimental results verify that the converter based on UCC28019 has a good sinusoidal input current and a high input power factor.
