摘 要:针对燃料电池等低电压微型电源的特点,研究了适于燃料电池发电用低输入电流纹波、高电压增益Boost变换器。该变换器是在传统两相Boost变换器结构的基础上引入中间储能电容,采用互补控制方法控制两个主开关管,其主要特点是:具有较高的电压增益,同时可有效降低功率开关管和二极管的电压与电流应力;根据电路中所采用开关占空比的大小来合理设计两个电感的感值,可以实现零输入电流纹波。文中详细分析了电路的运行原理及其稳态特性,最后通过实验验证了该拓扑的正确性和有效性。According to the characteristics of generation systems of fuel cell, a high step-up boost converter applicable for fuel cell power was investigated. In the proposed converter, two storage capacitors were introduced into traditional two-phase Boost converter, whose switches were controlled by the complementary method. The proposed converter has the advantages of raising the voltage gain, low voltage stress on the switches and diodes. Moreover, the two inductances were designed based on the duty cycle of the main switches for achieving ripple-free input current. The operational principle and the steady-state characteristics were discussed in detail in this paper. Finally, the correctness and effectiveness of the theoretical analysis are verified by the experimental results.
