摘  要:基于行波管螺线电源的设计要求,提出了一种两个反激式变换器初级并联,次级串联的低纹波高压电源。该变换器是通过两个反激式变化器的输出纹波交错抵消来减小纹波达到低纹波要求,利用了两个变压器初级并联次级串联的拓扑形式减小了变压器次级绕组间的电压应力。文中对该电路拓扑设计、参数选择、saber电路仿真、样机测试、结论以及利用交错纹波对消技术在其他拓扑中的应用进行了分析,并成功研制了一台8.8 kV,10mA,纹波峰峰值小于1.2 V的电源样机。A double-flyback high voltage converter was designed for the helix of TWT power supply in this paper.The converter reduced the ripple voltage with two transformers placed in series. The two transformers worked at opposite time,so the final output could. The topology and operating parameters were analyzed and designed in this paper.Simulation of the major operating process was also presented. Finally, the experimental results of a HV power supply designed by this method show that it can generate 8.8 kV voltage at the load of 10 mA with the ripple voltage below 1.2 V.
