摘　　要：介绍了一种苎麻机械连续化脱胶后整理生产工艺和设备。该技术利用四台结构相同的专用设备串联组合,形成脱胶后整理联合生产线,配合不同的处理工艺,对经化学煮练或生物脱胶处理后的苎麻原料,作机械连续化开纤、清洗、漂练、清漂和上油增柔处理,实现了脱胶后整理全过程的机械连续化作业。This paper introduces a manufacturing technique and an equipment to process degummed ramie fiber continuously. Four exclusive devices with the same structure are combined to form the joint production line. Cooperated with different treatment processes,the production line starts the following treatments including fiber opening,cleaning,bleaching,rinsing and oiling to increase flexibility. This process can achieve the continuous machinery operation for degummed ramie fiber by both chemical and biological methods.
