摘　　要：人民法院是宪法规定的国家的审判机关,依照法律规定独立行使审判权是一项宪法原则,这一原则对人民法院的审判工作具有指导作用。《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》为落实审判独立、促进司法公正提出了新的目标与举措。在落实这些具体举措过程中必须遵循宪法原则与界限,妥当处理不同层面的宪法问题,高度重视审判工作在宪法实施中的作用。The People＇s Court is judicial organ of the State established by the Constitution,and it＇s a constitutional principle to exercise the judicial power independently according to the laws. This principle is the guideline to the judicial works of the people＇s court. The resolution of the Central Committee of CCP on Certain Problems of Thoroughly Deepening the Reforms,has put forwards some new measures to realize judicial independence and guarantee judicial justice,but these measures should follow certain constitutional principles and limitations,and treat appropriately certain constitutional matters in its implementation. Constitutional application and judicial independence could promote each other.
