高校图书馆网络有偿出版物采购存在的问题及对策研究

摘　　要：采购网络有偿出版物已经成为高校图书馆适应时代进步的新选择。调查相关网络小说网站可以发现,高校图书馆在网络有偿出版物采购中存在诸多问题。高校图书馆在采购网络有偿出版物时可以采取以下对策:积极探索合作模式,实现互利共赢;严格控制植入广告内容;进行多重信息筛选,确保网络文学质量;合理协商网络有偿出版物的试用方案;限定阅读权限,避免著作权纠纷;呼唤整合供应商的出现。Purchasing the network paid publication has already become the new choice for the university library to adapt the progress of the era. Investigating on related network novel websites, we could find that there are many problems of purchasing the network paid publication in the university library. The university library could take following countermeasures when purchasing the network paid publication： exploring the cooperation mode actively, realizing the mutual benefit and the win-win; controlling the implantation advertisement content strictly; screening the information multiply, ensuring the quality of the network literature; negotiating with the trial scheme of the network paid publication reasonably; limiting the reading permission, avoiding the copyright dispute; calling the appearance of the integrated supplier.
