高校移动图书馆用户持续使用意愿影响因素的实证研究

摘　　要：高校移动图书馆能否发挥其最大效能,依赖于用户的持续使用情况。以任务-技术匹配理论和信息系统持续使用模型为理论背景来构建高校移动图书馆用户持续使用意愿的研究模型,并采用问卷调查和结构方程模型的方法对其进行实证研究可以发现,任务-技术匹配是影响用户感知有用性和满意度的关键因素,感知有用性和满意度能够进一步影响用户持续使用意愿,而且任务-技术匹配受到移动图书馆技术特征和用户任务特征的直接影响。Whether the university mobile library could play its maximum efficiency or not depends on the situation of the users＇ continuance. Based on the theory background of the Task-Technology Fit Theory（TTF） and the Expectation Confirmation Model of IS Continuance（ECM-ISC） to construct the research model of the users＇ continuance intention of the university mobile library, carring out empeirical researches on the model by using methods of the questionnaire survey and the Structural Equation Modeling（SEM）,we could find that task-technology fit is the key factor of the users＇ perception usefulness and the satisfaction degree, the perception usefulness and the satisfaction degree could further influence the users＇ continuance intention, and the technology characteristic of the mobile library and the users＇ task characteristic directly influence the task-technology fit.
