多方信息平台对提高儿童先天性心脏病筛查人数和筛查质量意义分析

摘　　要：目的:充分利用廊坊市妇幼保健信息系统网络平台,提高对儿童先天性心脏病(CHD)的筛查人数和筛查质量,对筛查出的阳性患儿进行及时的救治,以降低CHD患儿的死亡率;同时为当地政府决策提供可靠依据。方法:制定儿童CHD筛查技术服务规范和工作实施方案,利用廊坊市建立的市、县、乡三级信息筛查网络平台、采用望诊、听诊初筛,彩色多普勒超声心动图确诊,计算该地区CHD发病率、各类CHD发病率、治愈率等指标进行筛查评价。结果:通过三级信息网络共筛查35 453例婴儿,发现815例CHD患儿,CHD发病率为2.299%,CHD死亡率为4.23%,治愈存活率为95.77%。结论:通过妇幼保健信息系统网络平台提高了CHD患儿的发现率,CHD阳性患儿得到及时、有效的救治,降低了CHD患儿的死亡率。Objective ： To improve the number and quality of congenital heart diseases screening among children based on maternal and child health care information system network platform of Langfang city, timely rescue the positive children, reduce mortality rate of the children with congenital heart diseases （CHD）, provide a reliable basis for decision making of the local government. Methods： Childhood CHD screening technology service standards and implementation plans were developed, city - county - village three - level information network platfbrm was established; the primary screening methods included inspection diagnosis, the method for definite diagnosis was color Doppler cohocardiography; the incidence rate of CHD, the incidence rates of different types of CHD and the curate rate were calculated to evaluate the quality of screening. Results： A total of 35 453 infants were screened by three- level information network, 815 children were found with CHD, the incidence rate of CHD among children was 2. 299% , the mortality rate and survival rate of children with CHD were 4. 23% and 95.77% , respectively. Conclusion： Maternal and child health care information system network platform of＇ Langfang city improves the detection rate of CHD among children, the children with CHD are rescued timely and effectively, the mortality rate of childrenwith CHD is reduced.
