摘　　要：目的：了解云南省育龄人群红细胞叶酸水平,建立云南地区的红细胞叶酸参考范围。方法：对2013年1、4、7、10月在云南省第一人民医院遗传诊断中心门诊进行孕前咨询的普通育龄人群2 639例分别测定男女性不同年龄阶段红细胞叶酸浓度,建立本地区的红细胞叶酸参考范围,并比较不同性别、不同地区、不同民族之间的差异。结果：云南地区普通育龄人群20~29岁女性红细胞叶酸参考水平为11.31~35.73 ng/ml,20~29岁男性为10.85~33.59 ng/ml,女性叶酸测定数值较男性为高;在云南省各个民族之间叶酸水平差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：建立云南地区红细胞叶酸参考范围为云南地区育龄人群补充叶酸提供了理论依据。Objective： To understand the level of folic acid in people of childbearing age in Yunnan, establish reference range of folic acid level in erythrocytes. Methods ： The concentrations of folio acid in 2 639 men and women of different ages in outpatient department of this center for progestational consultation in January, April, July and October 2013 were detected, the reference range of folio acid level in erythrocytes in Yunnan was established, the differences were compared among people of different genders, areas and nationalities. Results： The reference ranges of folic acid level in erythroeytes in women and men aged 20 -29 years old in Yunnan were 11.31 -35.73 ng/ml and 10. 85 - 33.59 ng/ml, respectively, the reference range of folic acid level in erythrocytes in women aged 20 - 29 years old in Yunnan was higher Lhan that in men ; there was no statistically significant difference in folic acid level among the people of different nationalities in Yun nan （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusion ： The establishment of reference range of folic acid level in erythrocytes of people of childbearing age in Yunnan provides a theoretical basis for folic acid supplementation.
