摘　　要：目前电力通信管理压力越来越大,电力通信运行维护管理系统,将能有效改变电管理困难的局面,运用该技术将提高电力通信运行的质量,提高管理的水平,提高企业经济效益。所以有必要对电力通信运行维护管理系统进行设计与实现,从而真正实现管理水平的提高。Electric power communication management pressure is increasing. The operation maintenance and management system can effectively change the difficult situation of electric power communication management. This technology can improve the working quality of the electric power communication and the level of management, and improve the enterprise＆#39;s economic benefits. So the design and implementation of the operation and management system of electric power communication is very important for improving the management level.
