摘　　要：目前绿色建筑在我国已经进入全面推行的阶段,但由于对绿色建筑增量成本的认识不明,同时影响绿色建筑增量成本的因素也较多,大大地制约了绿色建筑的发展。本文对绿色建筑增量成本及其影响因素进行仔细分析,并提出了减少绿色建筑增量成本的一些途径。At present, the green building in China has entered the implementation stage, but as the understanding of the incremental cost of green building is unknown, and factors affecting the incremental cost of green building is more, which is greatly restricted the development of green architecture. The incremental cost of green building and its effects are carefully analyzed, and some ways to reduce the incremental cost of green building are put forward.
