摘　　要：目的:探讨脑电双频指数监测在ICU患者中的应用价值。方法:对南京医科大学无锡市第二人民医院2013年3月-2014年6月进行BIS监测的53例患者进行统计分析。结果:BIS值与Ramasy评分显著负相关(p<0.01)相关性良好,BIS值与Rls85评分负相关(P<0.01),相关性良好。BIS值与GCS评分呈正相关关系(P<0.01),相关性良好。结论:脑电双频指数可用于评估脑功能障碍,为患者生命安全提供保障。Objective： To explore the application value of bispectral index monitoring in ICU patients. Methods： 53 patients for the BIS monitoring of the Wuxi No.2 People＆#39;s Hospital of Nanjing Medical University in March 2013-June 2014 are carried on the statistical analysis. Results：The BIS value and Ramasy score present significant negative correlation （p＆lt;0.01） with good correlation, the BIS value is negatively related to the Rls85 score （p＆lt;0.01） with good correlation, and the BIS value is positively correlated with GCS score （P＆lt;0.01） with good correlation. Conclusion：The bispectral index can be used to assess brain dysfunction, which guarantees patients＆#39; life and safety.
