摘　　要：在监理工作任务中,安全生产管理的监理是《建设工程监理规范(GB/T50319-2013)颁布的除工程质量、造价、进度三大控制外的重要监理工作。本文积极探讨了施工阶段监理工作打破惰性和常规习惯的思路及工作方法,从练好监理工作基本功的角度出发,结合个人监理经验,从深化学习,端正心态,拓展服务,预测隐患,细化监理工作环节,充分利用监理工作制度轻松监理、案例七个方面提出探讨,提高监理工作水平。In the supervision work, the supervision of safety production management is the important supervision work except for the project quality, cost and schedule issued by ＂Code of Construction Project Management＂ （GB/T50319-2013）. This article actively explores the thought and working method to break the inertia and regular habits for construction phase supervision work. From the perspective of practicing the basic skills of supervisory work, combined with personal supervision experience, from the seven aspects of deepening study, correcting attitude, expanding service, forecasting hidden dangers, refining supervision link, making full use of the supervision system to easily supervise, and case, this paper carries on the exploration, so as to improve the supervision level.
