摘　　要：实施网络教学是提高课程教学水平和办学效率的有效途径。网上在线答疑系统主要提供网上教学平台,教师可以通过该系统发布教案,发布公告和答疑解惑,并可实时的与学生进行交流。学生可以通过该答疑系统向老师提出问题,并且跟老师和其他同学讨论,上传作业,查询作业,可实时地与老师进行交流。该文介绍了在线答疑系统的设计思想与其基本内容,并从实现技术方面探讨了JSP技术和数据库在构建该答疑系统中的应用。Network teaching is an effective way to improve the teaching level and efficiency of running a school. On-line question-answering system mainly provide online teaching platform, teachers can be released through the system teaching plans, announcement and answer, and communicate with students. Students can ask questions to teachers and talk with the teachers and other students, upload homework, query operation and communicate with the teaches through the question-answering system. This paper introduces the design idea and its basic content, and discusses the application of the JSP technology and database in building the answering system from the aspects of realization technology.
