摘　　要：泰州市第一污水处理厂升级改扩建工程设计规模为8×104m3/d,采用多模式AAO工艺,尾水采用二氧化氯消毒,出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准。介绍了该工程的工艺特点、工艺流程、设计参数、调试运行情况等。The design capacity of the upgrading and retrofitting project of Taizhou First WWTP is 8 × 104 m3/d, the multi-model AAO process is adopted. The final effluent is disinfected by ClO2, The effluent quality meets the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant （GB 18918 -2002）. The design and operation of the project were introduced, including the technical characteristics, treatment process, design parameters and operation results.
