摘  要:针对黄陵一号煤矿矿井水净化处理后的水质,先采用活性炭过滤和超滤结合的方法去除矿井水的乳化油和胶体物质,再采用反渗透法去除矿井水中的溶解性总固体(TDS),使深度处理后的矿井水作为电厂循环冷却水和化水车间水源。工程运行实践表明,进水平均电导率为7 530μS/cm、SO2-4平均质量浓度为1 716 mg/L,出水平均电导率为58.5μS/cm、SO2-4平均质量浓度为3.2 mg/L。深度处理规模为158.4×104m3/a,运行成本为1.7元/m3,经济效益为335.78万元/a。Aimed to the water quality after purification treatment in Huangling No. 1 coal mine, the coal mine water can be used as circulating cooling water and water source for chemical water workshop of power plant after advanced treatment by the sequential methods: ( 1 ) activated carbon filtration combined with uhrafiltration to remove emulsified oil and colloidal substances; (2) reverse osmosis to remove total dissolved solids (TDS). The engineering practice shows that the mean conductivity is 7 530 μS/cm and the mean mass concentration of SO42- is 1 716 mg/L in the influent, the mean conductivity is 58.5 μS/cm and the mean mass concentration of SO42- is 3.2 mg/L in the effluent, the capacity of advanced treatment is 158.4 × 104 m3/a, the operating cost is 1.7 yuan/m3, and the economic benefit is 3. 357 8 million yuan/a.
