摘  要:采用预处理-水解酸化-A/O-絮凝沉淀处理高盐分农药生产废水,介绍了工艺流程及主要构筑物设计参数,分析了工程调试中出现的问题并给出具体措施。该工程处理规模为3 000 m3/d,总投资为1 800万元,直接处理成本为4.28元/m3,处理出水水质稳定达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的三级标准。The combined process of pretreatment, hydrolysis acidification, A/O and floccutauon sedimentation was used for treatment of high salt pesticide wastewater. The technological process and the design parameters of main treatment structures were introduced. The problems existing in the project commissioning were analyzed, and the specific measures were proposed. The treatment capacity was 3 000 m3/d, the total investment was 18 million yuan, and the direct treatment cost was 4.28 yuan/m3. The treated effluent quality met the third class criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978 - 1996).
