摘　　要：为落实国家发改委《关于深入推进煤炭交易市场体系建设的指导意见》,重构、推进和完善煤炭交易市场体系,对其蕴涵的战略考量予以适度阐释,对其所处的环境及问题进行透视,并就中国煤炭交易市场体系建设提出构建方略。In order to implement the instructional views from National Development and Reform Commission to deeply promote the construction of the coal transaction market system and to reconstruct, promote and improve the coal transaction market system, a proper explanation was made on a consideration of contained strategy. An analysis was conducted on the existed environment and problems. A construction general plan was proposed on the construction of China coal transaction market system.
