聚丙烯中抗氧剂3125的定量分析及应用

摘  要:经混炼机混料,得到聚丙烯(PP)/抗氧剂3125和PP/抗氧剂3125/抗氧剂168(定量)2个体系。利用红外光谱法测定2个体系中抗氧剂3125特征吸收峰面积,并由特征吸收峰面积与含量的关系拟合方程,得到相关系数均大于0.98的标准曲线,经置信度检验,相对误差小于8%,能满足实际检测的需要。By using of mixing machine, two systems, e.g., the system 1polypropylene(PP)/antioxidant 3125 and the system 2PP/antioxidant 3125/antioxidant 168(quantitative)were prepared.Infrared spectroscopy analysis was performed to determine the characteristic absorption peak area of antioxidant 3125 from the two systems.The relationship between area and levels was analyzed and the fitting equation was obtained.The correlation coefficients were greater than 0.98.It was found that the relative error was less than 8% through accuracy verification,which meet the needs of the actual detection of antioxidants.
