摘 要:为了明确河北省太行山山麓平原高产田与常规农田的土壤肥力差异,试验选取河北省定兴县、宁晋县、赵县、正定县和藁城市的5个点,分层采取土样,从土壤物理性质、土壤化学性质和土壤生物学性质等方面进行比较分析。结果表明:0-30cm土层高产田的土壤容重明显小于常规田,土壤孔隙度明显大于常规田;0-90cm土层的高产田pH值和常规田无显著差异,土壤有机质和全氮含量略高于常规田,但无显著性差异;土壤硝态氮在15-30cm出现高产田低于常规田的趋势,其他土层分别比常规田高44.15%,76.23%和20.00%;土壤速效磷含量在15cm以下急剧降低,0-30cm土层比常规田低,30-60和60-90cm土层分别比常规田高12.94%和25.15%;土壤速效钾仅在0-15和60-90cm土层的高产田分别比常规田高5.16%和11.90%。高产田的微生物量碳平均含量在各土层均显著高于常规田,微生物量N、脲酶活性、过氧化氢酶和蔗糖酶活性的平均含量虽然差异性不显著,但均呈现高于常规田的趋势。To find out the difference of soil fertility between high-yield field and conventional field,the soil physical properties,chemical properties and biological properties were studied in Dingxing,Ningjin,Zhaoxian,Zhengding and Gaocheng county of Hebei province.The results showed that the soil bulk density was generally lower in high-yield field than in conventional field,but the soil porosity was significantly higher in conventional field.The pH had no differences between the two kinds of fields.The topsoil organic matter and total nitrogen had no differences between the two kinds of fields.NO3-N was lower in high-yield field than in conventional field in 15-30cm and other soil were higher than in the general field,respectively44.15%,76.23%and 20%;the soil available P content decreased sharply under 15 cm The topsoil was lower than in conventional field but 30-60cm and 60-90cm soil higher than theconventional field respectively 12.914%and 25.15%;the available potassium 0-15cm and60-90cm soil higher r in high yield field than in the conventional field respectively 5.16%and 11.90%.The average content of microbial biomass carbon of high yield field in the soil were significantly higher than those in the conventional fields,the difference of average content of soil microbial biomass N and the activity of urease,catalase and invertase activity was not significant although,were higher than the conventional field.
