摘 要:根据直线发动机的结构与性能和直线式增程器的起动与发电要求,设计了与该直线发动机相匹配的管状永磁三相直线ISG电机。利用电磁场有限元分析法研究了直线ISG电机的结构参数对其性能的影响,并通过多目标优化选取了直线ISG电机的最佳结构参数。结果表明:所设计的直线ISG电机满足性能要求,优化后输出功率提高了8.7%,空载感应电动势提高了12.1%,定位力标准差降低了94.6%,效率则基本维持不变。Based on the structure and performance of linear engine,as well as the requirements of linear range extender on starting and electricity generation,a three-phase tubular permanent magnet ISG matching with linear engine is designed. By using electromagnetic field finite element analysis,the effects of structural parameters on the performance of linear ISG are studied. Optimal structural parameters of linear ISG are selected by means of multi-objective optimization. The results show that the linear ISG motor designed meets performance requirements.After optimization,the output power increases by 8. 7 percent; the no-load induced electromotive force rises by 12. 1percent; the standard deviation of detent force reduces by 94. 6 percent; while the efficiency basically remains unchanged.
