摘　　要：智慧城市是最具有创造力的城市形态,已成为发达国家城市发展的重要战略。为全面了解智慧城市的建设模式、挖掘智慧城市建设的先进理念、推进智慧城市健康可持续发展,运用比较分析法对国内外智慧城市的典型发展模式进行了针对性的研究,总结了各自的优劣势并对其进行了综合比较,明晰了四种智慧城市建设模式的适用条件,并在此基础上,提出了适合发达城市和中小城市的智慧城市建设模式。Smart city is creative city form which has become a strategic choice of the global devel-opment of the city,to understand the smart city construction mode,mining the advanced idea of smart city construction,promote the healthy and sustainable development of city of smart.This paper uses comparative analysis of typical development mode of five kinds of smart city was targe-ted research,summarizes its own advantages and has carried on the comprehensive comparison, clears the applicable conditions of four kinds of smart city construction mode.Based on this,puts forward for the smart city construction mode of developed city and small city.
