摘　　要：目的:缓解群众"看病难",不断优化服务流程,探索新的出入院财务服务流程。方法:引入先进的国际医院管理手段与服务理念,在智慧医疗下通过信息化对出入院服务流程进行再造,将财务服务窗口前移及分散到病房,构建了出入院财务服务新模式。结果:新模式优化了服务流程,简化及缩短了病人出入院办理流程及时间,成效显著,服务效率和病人满意度大幅提高。结论:智慧医疗为优化财务服务流程降低医院成本提供了借鉴。Objectives： Explore new mode of financial admission and discharge to continuous improve service process and to smooth the problem of unaffordable to get medical service. Methods：Through introduction advanced international hospital management and service concept, The hospital moved up and dispersed discharge window into the ward, and new model of financial admission and discharge was constructed through information under wisdom in Hospital. Results：New service process was optimized by the new mode. Service process and waiting time was simplified and shortened and hospital efficiency and patient satisfaction were significantly improved as well. Conclusion：Wisdom medicine provides good reference on optimizing service processes and reducing hospital cost.
