摘　　要：目的:探讨医院推行自体输血方案的有效措施。方法:从设立机构、建章立制、明确职责、加强宣传、强化质控5个方面推进自体输血的临床应用。结果:经过一年多的实践,科室开展自体输血率逐渐升高,部分科室已大大超过三甲评审要求,医院自体输血工作正逐步向常态化、规范化迈进。结论:综合措施的实施是推进自体输血工作的有效手段。Objective： To explore the effective measures for hospitals to implement autotransfusion scheme. Methods： Five measures involving establishing organization, making regulation, defining functions, strengthening propaganda and improving quality control were carried out to promote the clinical application of autotransfusion. Results： After 1 year implementation, the autotransfusion rate were increased gradually and some departments have greatly exceeded the accreditation requirements of top tertiary hospital. The autotransfusion was gradually normalizing and standardized in the whole hospital. Conclusion： The implementation of comprehensive measures was effective ways to promote the autotransfusion work.
