摘　　要：通过对英国、德国、新加坡和美国不同医疗保险模式的国家日间手术开展情况的比较研究,探讨不同医疗保险模式与日间手术推进之间的关系,从日间手术理念的创新、统一的日间手术标准亟待出台、日间手术医保支付政策的完善、合理高效的管理模式与运作系统等方面阐述了对我国开展日间手术的启示。Based on the comparison research on the development of day surgery in different health insurance system countries such as UK, Germany, Singapore and USA, the relationship between medical insurance system and the development of day surgery was discussed. In aspects of concept innovation, unified day surgery guideline, day surgery medical insurance payment and rational and effective management mode, the reference of carrying out day surgery in China is discussed.
