摘 要:针对曹妃甸港区杂货码头存在众多职业病危害因素,根据企业工艺过程、劳动过程、生产环境三方面特点,对该企业存在的化学有害因素、物理因素、不良的气候等条件进行分析和识别,将该港口划分为水域作业区、陆域作业区两个评价单元。在单元划分的基础上,采用现场调查、安全评价表及定量分析的方法,分析并列出危险、有害因素及其存在部位、重大危险源的分布、监控情况及危害程度,制定了防治主要职业病危害因素(硫化氢、其他粉尘(铁锈)、噪声、工频电场)的有效预防措施,并进行效果验证,为企业的良好运行创造健康的环境,保障企业员工的生命安全。On account of many occupational-disease-inductive factors existing in the cargo wharf of the Caofeidian port,the harmful factors of physical factors,chemical analysis and adverse weather are analyzed about the technological process,labor process,production environment. As result that the port is divided into two evaluation unit in the land areas,water areas. In addition,the positions and of harmful factors and the major hazard sources are made sure by the in-situ investigation,safety evaluation and quantitative analysis. On the basis,the formulate effective prevention of the main occupational hazard factors including the hydrogen sulfide,other dust,noise and power frequency electric field so on. Then the control effect are sure which can create a healthy environment for enterprise of good operation and ensure enterprise employee's health.
