顺尔宁联合欧龙马滴剂治疗上气道综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨顺尔宁联合欧龙马滴剂治疗上气道综合征的临床疗效并对其安全性进行评价。方法 90例上气道综合征患儿随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组45例。对照组患儿采用欧龙马滴剂治疗,治疗组则采用顺尔宁联合应用欧龙马滴剂进行治疗,观察两组患儿的临床疗效及安全性。结果与治疗前相比,两组患儿体征各项指标均有较大程度缓解。与对照组相比,治疗组患儿咳嗽、咽痒、鼻塞、咽充血四项指标评分均著性降低(P<0.05);治愈及显效患儿例数明显增加(P<0.05);无明显不良反应。结论与单独使用欧龙马滴剂治疗相比,顺尔宁联合应用欧龙马滴剂治疗上气道综合征效果明显提高,无明显不良反应,可提高患儿的生活质量,适合临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical efficacy and evaluate its safety of montelukast sodium chewable combined sinupret drops in treatment of upper airway syndrome.Methods 90 elderly patients with upper airway syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was treated with Sinupret drops treatment,and the treatment group was taken with montelukast sodium chewable combined Sinupret drops for treatment.The clinical efficacy was observed.Results Compared with before treatment,various signs of the two groups were improved.Compared with the control group after treatment,and the cough,itchy throat,nasal obstruction,throat congestion score four indicators were significantly low （P〈0.05）,and the number of patients cured and markedly was increased significantly （P〈0.05）.There were no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion Compared with the traditional Sinupret drops,the effect of montelukast sodium chewable combined Sinupret drops in treatment of upper airway syndrome is significantly improved,and there are no significant adverse reactions.
